These terms govern your use of the services provided by Mbeelink Global Logistics LLC ("MGL", "we", "us"), including our US mailbox, package-forwarding, courier and shipping services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You agree to give accurate, complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure.
We give you a US address, receive packages sent there on your behalf, and store, consolidate, ship, clear customs for and deliver them to your chosen destination. We act as your forwarding and logistics agent; we are not the seller of goods you buy from other stores.
To protect against fraud, we require identity verification before releasing or forwarding any package. We may hold packages, and may decline or suspend service, until verification is complete. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle verification data.
You must not use our services to break the law or to ship prohibited, restricted or dangerous goods. These include, among others: illegal drugs and substances; weapons, ammunition and explosives; counterfeit goods; hazardous materials; and any item restricted by the origin or destination country's customs or export rules. You also must not use stolen payment methods or engage in any form of fraud. We may inspect, refuse, hold or report packages that breach these rules.
We log, weigh and photograph packages on arrival. Reasonable free storage may apply, after which storage fees may be charged. Packages left unclaimed or unpaid for an extended period, or that cannot be lawfully shipped, may be treated as abandoned and disposed of in line with applicable law.
Shipping estimates on our site are indicative; the binding charge is the quote issued in your account, based on the greater of actual and volumetric weight, plus any applicable surcharges. You agree to pay all fees, duties, taxes and charges due. We may withhold release of packages until payment is received.
You are responsible for ensuring your goods may lawfully be exported and imported, and for any customs duties, taxes and levies. You agree to provide accurate declarations. Incorrect or incomplete declarations are your responsibility.
We take care of your shipments, but our liability for loss or damage is limited to the extent permitted by law and to any insured value declared and paid for. We are not liable for delays, seizures or losses caused by customs, carriers, incorrect information you provide, or events beyond our reasonable control.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, fails verification, or that we reasonably believe is involved in fraud or illegal activity. You may close your account at any time, subject to settling outstanding charges and collecting any packages.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to where the service is provided. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always posted here. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
